Dear Mr.Nagesh,
In the 4th race, race time odds will be the best parameter.
As for Mumbai 10th time sheet, you say that the difference between the last 600 mts. time and the first 600 mts. time have made wonders. Whatever method you adopt,just take care, not to lose your hard earned money.
